Where we work

Cities we cover with our own crews, each with its own page covering local routes, building access and what a move there usually involves.

Not seeing your city?

The list above is where we have our own crews. Intercity work reaches well beyond it — if you are moving from a city we cover to one we do not, that is usually still a job we can take.

Tell us both addresses and we will say plainly whether we can do it well. If we cannot, we will say that too, rather than taking a booking and subcontracting it to whoever is available.

What differs between cities

A move is not the same job everywhere, and these are the things that change what it costs and how long it takes.

  • Society timing rules. Many buildings only allow shifting between fixed hours, which decides when a crew can start.
  • Lift size. A lift that will not take a mattress or a tall wardrobe turns a two-hour load into a stair carry.
  • Parking distance. Older areas often mean a long carry from the vehicle to the door.
  • Entry restrictions. Some roads bar larger goods vehicles during the day, which changes the vehicle or the hour.

We will confirm whether we cover the route, and what it involves.
