Every move is scoped to the job rather than sold as a package. Below is what each service actually covers, and the things that change what it costs — so you can tell in advance which parts you need.
In detail
What each service covers
Most quotes are a combination of two or three of these rather than
one. You are not obliged to take the whole list.
Home shifting
A full household move, run room by room. We inventory what is
going, pack it, dismantle the furniture that needs it, load, move,
and rebuild at the other end against the same list.
Room-by-room inventory that becomes your quote
Beds, wardrobes and modular units dismantled and reassembled
Cartons labelled by room so unpacking is not a treasure hunt
What changes the price: the number of rooms, how
much of the packing you want us to do, and the access at both ends.
Planned around your downtime rather than ours. Workstations,
server racks, records and furniture are moved in a sequence agreed
in advance so the business can open on schedule.
Weekend and overnight slots, so staff return to a working office
Desks numbered and mapped to the new floor plan before the move
Documents moved in sealed, numbered crates
What changes the price: headcount, how much IT has
to be disconnected and reconnected, and lift access in both buildings.
A move within the same city, usually finished inside a single day.
The vehicle is sized to your inventory so you are not paying for
empty space, and the crew stays with the job from start to finish.
Same-day completion for most flats up to 3 BHK
Early starts to work around society timing restrictions
One crew end to end, not a handover halfway
What changes the price: floor and lift access,
how far the truck can park from the door, and the volume.
City-to-city relocation in a dedicated vehicle. Your consignment
is not consolidated with other households unless you choose a
shared load to bring the cost down.
Dedicated vehicle by default; shared part-load offered if you want it
Driver's contact shared with you at dispatch
Delivery window agreed before the vehicle leaves
What changes the price: distance, the size of the
vehicle your inventory needs, and whether you share the load.
Vehicles travel in a covered carrier rather than being driven
across, so nothing is added to the odometer and the paint is not
exposed to the road for a thousand kilometres.
Covered carrier, loaded and strapped at the wheels
Condition noted and photographed at both ends
Can run on the same booking as your household goods
What you need: the registration papers, and the
tank at roughly a quarter full.
The part of a move that decides whether anything breaks. Fragile
items are wrapped in layers and boxed by room, and every carton is
labelled with its room and contents before it leaves the floor.
Bubble wrap, corrugated sheets and stretch film as the item needs
Furniture hardware bagged and taped to the item it came off
Unpacking and packing waste removed if you want it
Tip: having us pack only the kitchen, glass and
electronics — and doing clothes and books yourself — is the
single easiest way to bring a quote down.
Labour only, for when you have your own vehicle or have packed
yourself. Heavy items go in first and low, fragile cartons ride on
top, and the load is strapped so nothing shifts in transit.
Trolleys and lifting straps for heavy furniture
Stairs and buildings without a lift planned for, not improvised
Loading sheet signed off with you before the vehicle moves
What changes the price: the floor, the lift, and
the carry distance from door to vehicle.
For when possession dates do not line up. Goods are inventoried
in, wrapped and held off the floor, then delivered out when you are
ready — charged by duration and separately from the move.
Short and long-term, from a few days upwards
Inventoried in and out, so you know exactly what is held
Rate confirmed in writing before anything goes in
Worth knowing: tell us as early as you can if your
new home may not be ready. Arranging storage in advance costs less
than arranging it on the day.
